Mum taught me to knit when I was about five years old. I have basic knitting skills and for the last five or so years have knitted scarves, beanies, fingerless gloves, rugs and bootees for our local charity KOGO (knit one give one). About 6 months ago I taught myself to crochet from a YouTube video. I am now having a lot of fun experimenting with crochet. I have made a couple of rugs and have completed my first beanie. Can't wait to complete my current projects so I can start another. So many future projects and not enough time.
