I'm Susan and I am in love with baby things right now as I have an upcoming grandson! I also have two other grandsons 7 and 11. They think what I knit or crochet is too scratchy. Geesh even merino or 20% wool/80% acrylic yarns. So I made them acrylic blankets, they love them. I made them huge so they could grow into them. So yes I'm a doting grandma. I knit for my daughter as she is a size six and uses far less yarn, I'm a lot rounder. I love making shawls. This year I hope to be able to make knitted lace again as I lost that ability when I had a brain aneurysm in 2012. I'm blessed to be alive and I am working hard to gain back my skills.
