I am happily immersed in my second career teaching and designing in my life-long passions: knitting and sewing. I am college trained in fashion design and have over 16 years teaching knitting and 9 years teaching sewing. Seven designs are out in books and more are planned for independent release soon. Happy creative adventures to you all.
I also love to weave, crochet, quilt, travel, ballroom dance, decorate the home and spend time with family and friends.
In my first career, I was a Human Resources Manager (Staffing Program Lead) at NASA Ames Research Center in California’s Silicon Valley. Retired after 26 years of service.
