I'm a massive crochet fan - one so dedicated, I was pretty certain I would never like knitting. But here I am actually quite enjoying it!

I used to do a lot of cross stitching but now I find crocheting much more satisfying - and quicker!
I love making stuff you can use like jumpers and blankets. To me, decorative things, although pretty, aren't really worthwhile - they just sit and gather dust and the occasional comment. I think what was the point of that waste of yarn? I could have made a nice scarf or cowl or something that would have been much more useful.
