I learnt to knit as a child, knitted for my children when they were young had several on & off years of knitting while I worked. Started knitting in earnest when my daughter was expecting my first granddaughter 9 years ago. Started knitting more since April when I left work, I also often have sewing projects on the go and will be starting to make my own cards.
