    I don’t think I’ve ever knit a sweater so quickly! This is my second stranded knitting project, and possibly my fastest ever knit! This was a really enjoyable knit. The pattern is very well written with plenty of tips and technique help for the less experienced knitter. It would make a great first sweater or first stranded colourwork project. I usually don’t like bottom up sweaters but I can’t fault the design of this one.
    The Cascade 220 Heathers was beautiful to work with and I think that’s part of the reason that I knitted this sweater so quickly. I will definitely be using it again, and I’ll probably be knitting this sweater again as well as looking up for of Diana Walla’s patterns.

      Wow, Aimee, what a fab sweater, very well done you!

      As a beginner, I started knitting a slightly complicated sweater (bottom up, by 'an independent designer' [I know better than to choose such patterns now!) a couple of years ago with this yarn, but eventually abandoned the resulting mess.

      I'm so inspired by your efforts, I intend to unravel it, buy a contrasting colour, & knit this pattern!

      So thank you for the inspiration. x
