How many balls of each color did you use. Can you provide just to give me a ball park estimate. Thanks

        Hi,

I used a ball for each colour except yellow where I used 2 as it was the border colour.

Hi. Thank you. The stitch doesn’t have a name. It’s one I made up when looking for something different.

Hi Maggie! This is truly beautiful...is it possible that you would share your pattern with me? I would like to use my Paintbox yarn but I just haven't been able to find a pattern... until now :) Hope to hear from you!

Hi Debbie. The pattern is just one I made up after I became bored one afternoon. I do however have some pics of the pattern step by step. The first 5 rows I think. I'd be happy to send them. I've done this for a few people here. Drop me a line at maggie_scott@live.com.au and I'll send them.

Hi Annette. Thank you. I was over doing Granny Square type blankets. I was bored one day and made the pattern. It can be modified easily.

Hi Helen. It's a made up pattern by me when I was bored one day. I would be more than happy to email it to you. There isn't enough room here. My email is maggie_scott@live.com.au
Or if you would prefer, I can do a sample and take some step by step photos. I did that for another lady here.

Hi Maggie, Is the pattern/stitch available for purchase? I showed this to my sister and now she wants a scarf ... who doesn't. Don't you just love that Paintbox yarn? It's becoming my new favorite.

Hi Helen. There isn't a name for the stitch. I made it up a while ago when I was bored one afternoon. I wanted to make blankets that weren't the traditional Granny Square. It's very easily modified and can change the whole look of the blanket. The lady who bought it was thrilled and she crochets. It was a gift to a new mum.

Hi Nina. Thank you. It's just one I made up. I don't have a name for it. I was over doing Granny Square blankets. It's easier for me to know how much yarn I'll need per blanket.

Hi Sarah. Thank you. The purple and violet came out much darker in the pic than what they are. I'll be listing my latest project soon.
