    About

I have always did a lot of knitting but wanted to try my hand at Crochet. I saw Kerry Lord on TV demonstrating her crochet project book "Edwards Menagerie" and wanted to make the lovely creatures. The patterns are so easy to follow. I would recommend the book to any one. I decided to make them in Aran weight wool and bought a stash from Love Knitting. I ordered a variety of natural colours, camel, brown, white etc. I wanted to make lots as I just love all the patterns. I even adapted the pony pattern to make my daughter a Unicorn. I volunteer at the local Hospice and decided to make some as a little fund raiser. I just hope others like them enough to buy them.

These look so cuddly. You have done a wonderful job. I usually look at the Edwards Menagerie books and think they do not look very appealing but you have changed my mind. I think I might add them to my projects list! So, Thank you for sharing these!

Thank you Natasha. The patterns are so easy to follow, and they turn out so cute in the flesh, so to speak.
