    We love water balloons and hate the clean up when I read an article about using bernat blanket to make balloons I jumped on that wagon. No blowing up balloons no clean up of bits perfect for the lake.

    Notes: You can easily adjust this for bigger or smaller balloons I made mine smaller because little hands use them.
