    About

I wanted to use this yarn, Adore by Plymouth Yarn, to make a machine washable unicorn. I started with crochet but found it frustrating. So I began again, knitting this time. It's a lot easier to knit and I think I may have something close to the Chibi I was aiming for, we'll see when assembly time comes.
I ended up crocheting the horn and couching his curl on his forehead.

Thank you, neighbor! Princess tolerates my antics reasonably well. ;)

So adorable! So interesting that you think that knitting is easier than crochet... Crocheting with fuzzy yarn is a challenge, for sure.

Thanks! It is difficult to see your stitches with this yarn. That's what made knitting it easier, all of the stitches were on the needles. :) Otherwise crocheting is easier for me.

@Sinéad C: Ah, I see your point. Yes, crocheting with fuzzy yarn is essentially an intuitive, kinesthetic endeavour, lol.
One day when I'm feeling adventurous, I shall learn knitting. For now, I'm so obsessed and enamoured with crochet, and after almost two years, I still have much to learn.
