I'm not usually a fan of self-striping yar, but I loved the colours on the ball so much that I decided to give it a go. My mum has knitted this in a different shade of Crofter, in a bigger size, and I must say the striping effect is much better on the smaller size (though the one she made has also come out lovely!)
