    About

    It only took me a week to make this and I am so thrilled with it! My nephew is getting married later in the Summer and I thought I might need something to wrap around my shoulders in the evening, as it will be a sea-side venue and sure to be breezy. This colour will match any outfit I decide to wear - what could be better?!

        Oh you should, Carole, it's not as difficult as it looks and there are only FOUR purl stitches in the whole shawl, so it grows really quite quickly! This yarn is quite strong and works well on 3.25mm needles, making a fine but warm fabric - I've just started a shawl to take on holiday with me, think it'll be perfect for summer evenings in Scandinavia!!
