    It started with the yarn. Doesn't it always?

    I treated myself to four skeins of Malabrigo Arroyo in two colours; Plomo and Reflecting Pool. I planned on a matching cowl, hat and mitten set. A little decadence for myself after months of gift knitting.

    But...well, there was a sweater, you see. And it begged to be knit in this yarn. And I figured that because it's a hand dyed yarn that I'd be alternating every two rows anyway, ordering more that would likely differ somewhat from what I already had wouldn't that big of a deal, right? Do you see where I'm going with this? Hmm. ;)
