    About

Chris H’s 4ply Santas were my inspiration for this project; they just looked so festive.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 3.00mm (US 2.5) 25cm

    Accessories

    • Buttons
    • Tapestry Needle
    • Stuffing
Other : I used teeny round buttons in different colours and teeny yellow star buttons for the top of the snowy trees. I also popped a circle of stiff card into the base of the Santas so the bottoms were flat enough to stand up.

    Measurements

About 12.5 cm (5 inches) high and 4 cm (1.5 inches) wide.

Notes: I used DK acrylic yarn in Ruby, Frost, Blue Velvet, Mist and Fir as well as ends of black and pale green. I used my 10g ball of Paintbox DK in Light Camel for the faces - so handy. The Santas did not take long to make and I adapted the pattern for my green Santa with the fir tree motif.
