    I saw the FREE pattern on Love Knitting and knew this had to be my first project of the year. I had two gorgeous hanks of Merino Slim from Fleece Artist in my stash (purchased from Love Knitting on sale a few months ago). I wasn't sure the hand dyed multi-coloured yarn would suit the pattern, as the stitch definition on the pattern was gorgeous in a solid colour. It looks great in the Fleece Artist yarn and it feels amazing. Their yarns have a well deserved amazing reputation.

    I am knitting this on 4.0 mm bamboo straight needles, but I am nearly at the 400 stitch mark and will need to switch to a circular needle.

    I absolutely love the pattern and would like to thank Christin the designer and Love Knitting for publishing this gorgeous pattern for free!

    Other : You are going to need a lot of stitch markers to separate the repeats - and the centre line.
