    About

I took one of the flowers from the amazing Jane Crowfoot's 'Frida's Flowers' Throw CAL. (Crochet-a-long). This works up a perfect size for use as a pot holder. I backed this one. I added thick wadding to my first one to act as a heat barrier, but this was really not necessary.

Thank you Dell. I'm on my third one now, a different pattern this time. I am going to have to make one for myself. I love them all so much.

@IsabellaPocket's: Are they all from Frida's Flowers?

@Dell F: oh, Lily Pond at first big project. I loved learning all the new stitches and crochet moves. Have you started yours yet?

@IsabellaPocket's: Not yet; I'm rather a collector of patterns. I have the yarn and patterns for Rose of Avalon and The Pondoland Square, both of which I intend to make up soon.
