    About

I wanted an excuse to try out the cute popcorn teddy pattern, then my daughter's friend announced she was expecting a baby girl, so out came the hook.... The yarn is generally soft, but I'm thinking I really should have used the baby aran variety instead, as this crocheted up quite densely and produced an effect that was a little more rigid than I expected. Or maybe experiment with a slightly larger hook? The cute bobble edging was courtesy of heidibearscreative.blogspot.co.uk

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 4.00mm (US 6)

    Accessories

    • Stitch Holder
    • Tapestry Needle
Other : Just the usual tapestry needle to weave in ends, and stitch holder to hold the stitch in between sessions. A pencil was also really handy to tick off each stage in each row.

    Measurements

Notes: The actual pattern measures 53.5cm long, and 44cm wide.

    With the border added, 62 x 53cm.
