No real story, I started this when I was new to crochet just because it was such a cute pattern and helps Battersea. I have a rescue dog (Milo) and a rescue cat (Mabel) so it’s a cause dear to my heart. I marked this as intermediate because there is loop stitch and you need to be accurate to get the lovely shape of Oliver. It is an excellent pattern though and really easy to follow so adventurous beginner may be more accurate. For info, I just used the yarn I had. Sirdar 4ply for body, a scrap of Sirdar Baby Crofter for the coat and I’ve lost the label for the ears!!
