    About

My first time knitting! There was a lot of unravelling involved before I finally got into a good rhythm. You can see there are several gaps. I've included progress photos. The last one is the finished product laid flat. Note this is the same cowl I'm wearing in my profile photo!

Take a look at the Education Link across the top of the LK webpage - some really useful tips on how to do more than just garter stitch. Good luck! http://www.loveknitting.com/how-to-knit

Well done for trying and trying again. We all learnt once. Now the world is your oyster in the knitty world! Great yarn to use, love the colour too. !

Thank you! I think the world is *almost* my oyster. If only I could read patterns! Then the possibilities would be pretty endless.

By the way, if you look here on Loveknitting at the menus across the top, there's a new one called Education. It's got some useful video guidance and hints for learning how to knit, different stitches, etc :)

Way to go Mrs K :D
That's way better than my first ever attempt was. Just keep doing it, you'll soon master it :)
