So glad you'very enjoyed doing them Mary. I truly believe you can learn a lot of skills while doing small projects like this...and perfect your existing skills.
I've completed another 2 dozen since New Year'so. Preparing all ready for next Christmas gift giving season. Usually work on a dozen or more at a time, then move on to other projects.
Will try to post some of the newer ones soon...Best wishes.
How are the washcloths coming along? Over the holidays I gave out three dozen of them. Nice, thoughtful little gifts. I like to fold, roll, and tie them up with pretty organza ribbon for gifting. Always makes people happy to receive them...
Hi, I am still making them and gave five more for Christmas, and now doing some more for family. I sidetracked some to make my husband's Christmas scarf and a cowl for myself and two sets of fingerless mittens for a cousin (on DPNs, no less. I love doing the dishcloths for so much concentrated learning. I hope you post some of your washcloths and the pretty way you package them. I'd love to see them. Mary
Well done. When I relevant knitting, just prior to retirement, I spent a full year doing only washcloths. It was amazing just how many stitches you can learn that way!
