    About

    Finally finished the jumper! I made it for my partner because we have moved to live by the sea and it should keep him nice and warm.
    The pick up and knit around the neck was a little tricky but looks good. The sleeves came out a bit long but they turn over nicely at the cuff which matches the turn down collar. The colour of the wool is very nice and unusual and it was an easy yarn to work with. Only problem - he wants another one now!

    • Single Point 5.00mm (US 8) 33cm

    Accessories

    Other : I used bamboo needles for the first time and they are so much nicer to use than metal. They are warmer and the wool doesn’t slide about too much as you are knitting. After 30 years knitting I am a convert to bamboo.

    Notes: Not finished yet but appears to be knitting up at the right size.
