    About

Broke the first set of needles (bamboo) that I got for this on the first row. Got a metal 32” circular needle, should have gotten the 40” at least, but will use the 32”. After a couple more rows I decided to order a 40” circular needle. I can continue to use the 32” until the new one comes, but the longer one will be easier to use for the bottom of the coat. Can then switch back to the 32” after I get to the waist using the longer one.
I’m using hanging stitch markers to help keep track of rows. This project is measured in rows, not inches or centimeters. It’s much easier to keep track of how much I’ve done using the markers than having to recount multiple rows many times.

An ambitious project, for sure...I'd love to see the final result! Great color!

It is. I got sidetracked by a move and a couple of other projects, however when it does get finished I will post the final result.
