    About

    A charming pattern (which I didn't execute perfectly). The leaf scallops on the front placket and the back ruffle are so appealing. The pattern calls for worsted weight, but I used sport/fingering weight with size 2 needles and the cardigan turned out tiny. And I think this pattern lends itself better to an infant than a toddler/child. It's rather delicate. Cascade Heritage 150 is perfect yarn for infant sweaters.

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 2.75mm (US 2) 80cm

    Accessories

    • Stitch Markers
    • Tapestry Needle
    • Buttons
    Other : Scrap yarn for holding sleeve stitches

    Measurements

    3 months

    Notes: I used stitch count for size 2/3 years, but with sport/fingering yarn and size 2 needles, so the cardigan is little.

        @Christine L: She is the apple of my eye. Your dog is also very sweet. Love the furry creatures despite the fact that I spend half the time I should be knitting, picking fur out of my work! hehe

        Thank you, Alison. I messed up on the bottom leaf by the hem - I need to learn to not knit anything with yarn overs at night while I'm tired and watching TV. Once I drop a yarn over on the purl side, I'm doomed.

        @Christine L: I've done this many times too, the good news is I become better and better at mistake corrections because of it! :)

        @Christine L: PS - the hem looks perfect, whatever happened.....it doesn't show.
