    About

    I saw this sweet pattern and thought it might be nice made with soft baby wool for a little friend recently born. And perhaps the lavender scent will help her sleep.

    Decided to use a lovely soft yarn, Drops: Cotton Merino - a superwash yarn of 50% wool/50% cotton - which is good value at £2.15 for 50g.

    I adapted the pattern to knit in the round as I hate joining things together, and it knitted up easily on sock needles.
