I couldn't find a Fairisle jumper patten I liked so I decided to adapt a top down circular pattern I have usd, before and add a Fairisle design from 200 Fairisle designs by Mary Muckleston. I was just going to use 3 colours but then couldn't get enough of the basic colour to continue so decided to use all the colours I had bought to try! This meant more Fairisle than I had intended but was good practice.. I need to improve my Fairisle technique. It is too tight in places. Blocking has helped even it out.
