    About

I found the pattern for this t-shirt in a magazine, it is a design by Anniken Allis. I loved the colours and did my best to find the right yarn and colours but in the end I had to combine two different yarns. The combination worked very well but I had to try a couple of times to get the gauge right. My time spent doing the samples was worth it since the size turned out just right for me. I am very satisfied with the result and I am waiting for a nice warm day to be able to wear my new t-shirt. I knit only in my spare time which is very limited... so my projects take long to complete. I enjoy knitting tremondously, it reduces my stress and gives me much needed me-time. I knit holding one needle under my arm, it is the way my grandmother and mother taught me back when I was growing up in Argentina. I usually combine knitting with a cup of tea. With my hands busy, my mind can wander and I always end up feeling so much better after a good knitting session...

Lovely top. I like the effect of the stripe pattern. Love the colours as well.
