    Sweltering in the hot weather, knitting with cotton was needed!! Saw this pattern, fell in love with the yarn, and needles away! It proved trickier getting the tension and width correct and started and frogged three times before I was happy. I decided to knit straight instead of coming in at the waist (few years since I’ve had a waist!!) and after knitting the lace pattern at the hem, I eventually used 3.5mm throughout the body as 4mm was far too wide.
