    About

I was looking for a cushion pattern to use some Willow & Lark yarn from my stash and came across a pattern for a scarf in a lovely herringbone stitch. I thought that this stitch would make a great cushion, the density of the stitch and the texture seemed perfect for snuggling up to.

So I first knitted a swatch (unusual for me, I confess) and then worked out what size I wanted the cushion to be and, hey presto, I had a required number of stitches. Knitting has commenced - wish me luck with my first ever self design!
