    About

I decided to use up some yarn stash while I was snowed into my house today.

    Pattern

    Blossom Appliqued Beanie

    This pattern is from:
The Knitted Hat Bool — Alexis Winslow

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 5.50mm (US 9) 30cm
    • Single Point 6.00mm (US 10) 30cm

    Accessories

    • Stitch Markers
    • Tapestry Needle
    Other : sewing pins

    Measurements

Notes: I made up the pattern for the beanie because my yarn was super chunky (#6), instead of the chunky (#5) that the pattern called for. I used 52 stitches to make a 55 cm hat. I used Aran weight yarn scraps and 5.5 mm needles to make the applique
