I absolutely adore Florence Merlin's baby patterns. They are so beautiful to knit and are so delicate. When a precious friend asked me to knit a shrug/cardigan for their daughter's christening I turned to Florence's patterns and saw this beautiful Eyelet cardigan/shrug. I knitted it in white to go with the christening gown, and added little pearls to the end of the eyelet-rows to make it special for the christening.
The sleeves with the little cuffs are absolutely beautiful and my friend was absolutely overjoyed with it.
As always, thank you to Florence for making me look like a 'Wow!' [friend/aunty/cousin ...insert for each of Florence's patterns I knit!] :o)
