I absolutely love the look of felted items! I thought I would have a go as it would help me with my knitting skills as there are a few techniques to learn! I know I got a bit confused with my rows and as such when I came to make up the seam was a little uneven. If I was to do this again I would pay extra attention to my counting and sewing up. Also the felting process is not an exact science. I washed the bag on 60 degrees for 15 mins but I think next time I will leave it a bit longer so that none of the stitches or the seam can be seen. I hand felted the icord and bow which was fun to do. I would love to make more bags and experiment with colours and textures. I'd also like to have a go at putting in a lining and putting in clasps or more decoration. If you want to try felting this is a great little bag to try :)
