    About

I just loved the look of this pattern! I just managed to finish this project on the morning of my cousin's wedding sitting in our B&B, so it's first outing was a joyous occasion to match the rainbow stripes.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 2.50mm (US 1.5)
    • Circular 2.50mm (US 1.5) 100cm

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle
Other : The crochet hook is used to carry the main colour yarn across the back of each colour triangle to continue striping, and is an ingenious move that allows far less ends to sew in at the end!

    Measurements

Notes: The suggested yarn was not available, so I chose Katia Darling, which is also a fingerweight yarn. I love the effect it created, more like stripes of the rainbow, instead of having all the colours in each triangle like the demo.
I did add a few more repeats of the pattern to finish the project on a red stripe to give more balance to the overall look.
