    About

    Elefun came into being when I was discovering short row knitting & the different shapes which could be achieved by this method. From there, it snowballed into different designs, some of which I am still working on.

    Other : To make the eyes, I used an oddment of black DK yarn plus a small amount of white to work the highlights.

    Measurements

    One size only: 9 ins tall

    Notes: Elefun can be made up in a single colour or lots of different ones - I used up lots of oddments from my stash. If you would like a larger Elefun, it could be made up in a chunky or super chunky yarn.
    I did experiment with using a pipe cleaner inside the trunk so it can be posed in any position - this worked fine but I left it out of the final version so it would be safe for little hands to cuddle.
