    About

These dishcloths are the work of my aunt who has Frontotemporal Degeneration. It's a rare form of dementia that often affects younger people than Alzheimer's. My aunt was diagnosed at 64. There is currently no treatment and no cure. I sell the dishcloths on Etsy and donate the money to help bring awareness and ultimately find a cure. I've listed the day we moved her to a memory care facility as the start date. Knitting is one of the few things she can still do. I enjoy exposing her to new colors of Lily Sugar 'N Cream yarn.
