    Can't believe I finally finished this mammoth project after almost 6 months of hard graft! It's meant to be a wedding present and I really hope all the hard work will be appreciated... although I have to admit that it is so beautiful, I am very tempted to keep it myself.
    The pattern was a delight to work and the Yarn an absolute dream - I can't recommend it enough!

    Nach fast 6 Monaten harter Arbeit habe ich endlich diese Traum Decke fertig. Eigentlich sollte sie ja ein Hochzeitsgeschenk werden, aber jetzt überlege ich mir ob ich sie nicht doch behalten sollte. Die Anleitung war super einfach zu folgen und das Garn ein absoluter Traum - ich kann es nicht genug empfehlen!

      Your beautiful and accomplished afghan should be on display at the small original Delft factory/workrooms in Delft, NL. It would stand as an expression of Delft blue work interpreted in yarn. Simply gorgeous! I'd have a difficult time gifting this time, as others have indicated.

      Give it away -- depending on how close you are to the bride & groom and whether they would truly appreciate the value of this gorgeous heirloom afghan. Otherwise, gift it to yourself and buy them crystal champagne flutes!
