    About

He loves construction and knows all the vehicles names and what they do. His baby blanket was quite worn and he had outgrown it. So I decided to make him a new one. I did not have a pattern, but I used graphs of construction vehicles, fire trucks, etc.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 5.00mm (US 8)

    Measurements

Notes: I made 25 squares, 12" each. A friend did a crochet trim around it to finish it off.

Thank you so much, Anonymous Alpaca. Right now I am making a sweater with Plymouth Alpaca Brush for my granddaughter Martha (can't say no to that sweet child). She helped me get my "mojo" back after a long period of low motivation when this pandemic started. The yarn is heaven and I love it.

Bless You Grand-Ma: what a fortunate boy to have you as a Grandma. I am a 1st time Grandma now & aspire to acquire even half of your skills. --Congratulations. I am in awe.
      Respectfully, Cathy.

I did knit all the vehicles and butterflies into the squares. I believe the technique is called intarsia or stranded. Do you know what I mean?
