    About

I wanted to make something with leftover wool from my other baby items and this pattern looked so sweet! The pattern was easy to follow, and it was a very quick item to make; as a newish convert to crochet I would say it took me about 4 hours in total but I didn't make it all in one go so I would say it should take less time than that. As with the blanket I made, I used rainbow themed colours, using cream as a base (again with wool that I had leftover from some time ago). The facial features I sewed on using oddments of Paintbox Cotton yarn in a deep blue.

Notes: I did an extra round on the granny square in order to keep my colour pattern running, but don't think it has ended up being too big.
