    About

    This set comprises of a cardigan, skirt, hat and shoes. It's a beautiful yet simple pattern, straightforward to knit, but striking at the same time. The lady I made this for was extremely pleased with the results. I had fun knitting it, it knitted up quickly, raglan sleeves usually do. I did have to alter the pattern slightly as it's only available in a 0-3months and the pattern requires DK and very small needles, so I made a few changes, used Aran wool, changed the front borders by picking up stitches instead of casting on a few stitches and knitting a band to stretch round, and using appropriate sized needles for the wool, and managed to get 6-12/9-12months size. I'm pleased with the results, as is the lady.
