        Hi there

My pattern is from the book 'Baby and toddler knits' by Debbie Bliss and according to Ravelry it's also in 'Cotton knits for all seasons'. I'm not aware of a single pattern available to purchase. x

@Susan M: dear Susan, as you have already worked with this pattern, I wonder if you could help me.
I have followed Rows 1-4 as specified, they say that this forms cable and moss st panel. OK but then they say to 'pattern 2 more rows' and there is my confusion. Which 2 rows do they mean, rows 1 and 2 or rows 3 and 4?
Do they mean ust to do the cable row C4F every 4 rows or every 6 rows? I would kd really appreciate your advice but also understand you may not have time. Regards Mk

        Hi there
The cable is every four rows ie 1st,5th,9th,13th and so on. You will get into a rhythm once you get going. I could never have managed without making a row chart of my own and using ‘post it’ notes to keep my place. I also use stitch markers to separate each section. I’ve posted a photo of roughly how I kept track when I knitted my blanket. You will see the circled numbers are the cables which continue all the way up the blanket. Photocopy your ABC patterns to keep them side by side to help keep track.
