    About

I had some glittery mohair yarn in my stash and as the Autumn leaves changed colour I thought it would be nice to knit a scarf to reflect the warmth of Autumn and to keep me cosy throughout Winter.
The scarf was adapted from a Debbie Bliss Railto Lace pattern DB005. I used different yarn - DB Party Angel mohair using the main stitch pattern (but did not join the work) and changed the edging. The edging was worked in the round, picking up stitches from all four edges of the main work and increasing at the corners to create a mitred effect. Then finishing off with a picot edge cast-off (bind off).
The yarn (DB Party Angel) 72% Super Kid Mohair, 24% Silk, 4% Metalized Polyester. Each 25g ball is 200m.
