    I have currently been having a bit of a creative block as far as crochet is concerned at the moment but I keep coming back to the book Mandalas to Crochet by Haafner Linssen, it is such a good book with clear patterns, instructions and pictures. This design can be made up into a blanket so I thought would have a practice in a couple of different yarns. I have also been drawn back to doing some quilting too so these small projects are great for combining the two things.

      Loved having a look at your creations after you commented on my throw. Been in the look-out for a mandala book for a while now so will have to get this one. The crochet stitch bible is great for new stitches and pattern ideas - first saw it in our local library.
