    About

I knitted an Easter Bear for Miss Lucy because her granny is mad about bears and I knew they’d both like this mini bear. Lucy was born just after Quinn and Paddy and will be celebrating her third birthday soon too. I tend to see the three of them as part of a group, hitting milestones in succession.

@Hazel H: You have my sympathies, I sneeze my way through March every year when one of the early blossom trees starts to show but I'm pretty much okay after that. Hope now the rain has appeared and normal temps are resumed you'll have a bit of a respite for a while. 🤧

I just thought I’d insulted you! Misunderstanding🤭! Lucy is my friend Bernadette's (aka Berniebear,) granddaughter but feels like one of mine because Quinn and Paddy and Lucy were born within weeks of each other!

Thanks Alison although I have to confess it’s a well-written pattern and not my skill that the face is so cute!

I know I need to get a life,it's very early here but my husband's left for work, my babies(3 dogs are fed) so thought I would have cup of tea and see what people have made overnight lol.
She has got a lovely wee face Hazel, it's funny that's the first thing I always look at, I think her colours work so well together, and your bunnies are lovely too.

Michelle, I didn’t mean that you didn’t have a life! I was pleased that you commented so quickly and were so nice! It’s more likely I have no life putting my bear on the site at a quarter to ten at night! I was just so happy to have finished so I can send her to Lucy today.
