    About

Made this to use up some leftover wool.
Stylish design, something different, reminiscent of 1920’s style. Look forward to trying out with varied accessories. Fits well, comfortable to wear. I have rated this pattern as intermediate, purely on the initial invisible cast on (Have to admit i am new to this method) and increase shaping from small amount of stitches in the round. I used a set of 5 double point needles. ? There may be an easier way, after which transferring to 40 cm circular needle. The remainder of the pattern was very easy and straightforward,

Thank you Sandra, 😊 Pleased you like it. I made the hat a couple of years ago, as I remember, having never done it before I found the initial invisible cast on and increases very fiddly at the time, however though once past the first few rows a really easy quick pattern.

Looks lovely! I bought this pattern a while ago, but never got around to knitting it. I'll have a go once I've looked up 'invisible cast on' - I'm intrigued.
