    About

This pattern was dreadful and I ended up making *a lot* of adjustments. The biggest issue is that it's from the 1940s, a time when both paper and ink was rationed for non-military purposes. This meant they had to make sure patterns fitted on to one small sheet of paper, therefore the instructions become very limited.

Not only that, it says to use a small bone hook, which is impossible to figure out in terms of sizing. I used a 2mm but would use a bigger one if I made it again.

Only tackle if you understand how to adjust crochet patterns yourself.

Beautiful jumper. I love the colours you've used.

Thank you! The colours are very much of that era, so tend to suit this sort of style.
