This beautifully delicate shell and lace style blanket is perfect for any new baby. It has a sweet criss cross lace design with a simple colour scheme that can easily be adapted for boys or girls. A wonderful gift for a newborn or perfect as part of a christening outfit.
The blanket measures 63cm square so is a great size as a light summer car seat or pram cover. The pattern uses soft 4ply yarn so is soft and snugly too.
The design uses 16 small squares that are made into 4 larger ones and then joined with a co-ordinating edging. This makes it a perfect project to make on the go!
