    About

I bought a dress online and it fit perfectly! However, the neckline was so unflattering that this cozy cowl was made as a disguise. I had never knit anything so intricate! The cowl is actually a tube made of gossamer type wool and the petals were heavier but fun to create. It is very warm and comforting to wear. However, I still did not like the dress on me so it has moved onto another owner. I kept the cowl! Cowlgirls is one of my favourite knitting books ever and I have made nearly everything in it! In fact, when I saw it in an antique store, I bought it again before realizing I already owned it! My mom now has the extra book and she is working her way through it as well.
