    Saw the pattern a little while ago and did not have a suitable wool as most of my stash are block colour. Ordered some Malabrigo Rios from Loveknitting to make this. Although this is only my second pattern doing cables enjoyed knitting this pattern. Was concerned that I was going to run out of wool and so did one less round of the pattern for the size (8 rows). In hindsight there would have been enough wool. Now made second one for my niece Ellie in a different shade of the same wool.

    Notes: Made the largest size but did one less round of the pattern before reduction of the crown - 4 repeats rather than 5 - 8 rows less.
