beautiful soft cosy throw

    About

    I'm not keen on winter weather in the UK; a 'post-beginner', I wanted to try a new pattern for something cosy & warm that was not too hard. The pattern for this throw really fitted the bill.

    I loved the yarn so much I felt I was knitting myself a cosy coccoon. I was so delighted with the end result - which I made longer enough for a throw to fit across a queen size bed - that I found myself not just snuggling up in it, but kissing it before I went to sleep!

    I knitted a couple more for my children (1 of which is also pictured here) in a cheaper, more hard wearing yarn (since they can't be trusted!).
