    About

    My colleague is having a baby next month and wanted me to make her a blanket.

    I looked for a pattern, but nothing inspired me - until I saw this one!!

    I changed the Blue Bird and the Red Panda to an Octopus and Baby Duck as requested.

    I have not listed all the colours that I have used because there was so many of them.

    I used the brands Stylecraft Special DK and James C Brett Top Value DK.

    I made it specially and uniquely for my colleague and friend- it took about 60-70 hrs, but it was a thoroughly enjoyable project :)

      What an achievement and I'm not surprised you enjoyed making it. A great educational piece, it'll be such fun as the little one grows and can name each animal. I love it.
