    About

A comfy cardi to wear with jeans. This one took 3 attempts! I started on circulr needles but keeping the pattern correct at the same time as decreasing at the sides was really difficult and looked messy so I restarted on straight needles, making the back. The original idea was to use the wavy rib stitch from the hem to the bodice then switch to a bobble stitch but the bobble stitch worked out a lot wider than the rib so I frogged back (no easy thing with a mohair blend yarn) and continued in wavy rib. The collar and button borders are worked in moss stitch. It took a lot of work as the yarn is very fine but I'm pleased with the end result.
